Terms and conditions

In case of bad weather, such as rain or strong wind (not instead in case of cloudy skies) or due to organizational causes of ITNAC s.r.l. that should make it impossible for the tour to take place, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the paid fee.

The customer may request cancellation of the reservation and obtain a full refund of the amount paid, less any transaction costs, provided that the request is made at least seven (7) days in advance of the scheduled date of the tour.

For cancellations made with less than seven (7) days notice, there is no refund. In such cases, the customer may request, subject to the organizer’s availability, that the date and/or time of the tour be moved.

In the event that the customer wishes to proceed with the cancellation beyond the terms stated above, ITNAC s.r.l. will retain the amount of the deposit paid, without any right to a refund.

• If only the down payment has been made, no refund will be due.
• If full payment has been made, the customer will receive a refund of the amount in excess of the down payment, less any transaction fees.

The rates charged are as follows:

• Short Tour: total 300 €, down payment 100 €
• Classic Tour: total 500 €, down payment 200 €
• Vacanze Italiane Tour: total 720 €, down payment 320 €
• The Grand Tour – 4H: total 900 €, down payment 400 €
• The Grand Tour – 5H: total 1100 €, down payment 500 €
• Naturalistic Tour: total 900 €, down payment 400 €
• Sunset Tour 2H: total 700 €, down payment 300 €
• Sunset Tour 3H: total 900 €, down payment 400 €

Payment of the down payment constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

These conditions are subject to current regulations and are in any case subject to the conditions contained in the rental contract with driver that the client will sign at the time of the tour. For any cancellation requests or further clarifications, the client is invited to contact the organizer.
