Bad weather and causes attributable to ITNAC s.r.l..In case of bad weather, such as rain or strong wind (not instead in case of cloudy skies) or due to organizational causes of ITNAC s.r.l. that should make it impossible for the tour to take place, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the paid fee.

Cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice.The customer may request cancellation of the reservation and obtain a full refund of the amount paid, less any transaction costs, provided that the request is made at least seven (7) days in advance of the scheduled date of the tour.

Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice.For cancellations made with less than seven (7) days notice, there is no refund. In such cases, the customer may request, subject to the organizer’s availability, that the date and/or time of the tour be moved.

Cancellations beyond the terms.In the event that the customer wishes to proceed with the cancellation beyond the terms stated above, ITNAC s.r.l. will retain the amount of the deposit paid, without any right to a refund.
- If only the down payment has been made, no refund will be due.
- If full payment has been made, the customer will receive a refund of the amount in excess of the down payment, less any transaction fees.

Fees and Payment Methods.The rates charged are as follows:
- Short Tour: total 260 €, down payment 100 €
- Classic Tour: total 460 €, down payment 160 €
- Italian Holiday Tour: total 660 €, down payment 260 €
- The Grand Tour: total 800 €, down payment 300 €
- Naturalistic Tour: total 800 €, down payment 300 €
- Sunset Tour 2H: total 600 €, down payment 200 €
- Sunset Tour 3H: total 900 €, down payment 300 €

Final Provisions.These conditions are subject to current regulations and are in any case subject to the conditions contained in the rental contract with driver that the client will sign at the time of the tour. For any cancellation requests or further clarifications, the client is invited to contact the organizer.
