The 1-hour tour is the perfect introduction to the beauty of Lake Como, offering a delightful boat ride through its most enchanting waters. You may choose your preferred departure point from a selection of charming locations, and from there, your journey will be tailored just for you.

As you glide across the lake, you’ll discover its magical heart, the central area where the three branches of the lake meet. Here, the shores are lined with some of the most splendid villas and timeless villages: Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como; Varenna, a jewel of an ancient fishing village, rich with hidden beauty; Tremezzo, with its elegant lakeside gardens; and Menaggio, a serene and picturesque retreat.

This tour will allow you to admire the scenic and architectural beauty of the central area of the lake, undoubtedly the most fascinating, where Lake Como divides into its three branches.

We will admire Bellagio, Varenna, Tremezzo, and Menaggio with their magnificent villas, the most famous of which is Villa del Balbianello, perched on the lake with its stunning gardens.

We will then circumnavigate Isola Comacina, the only island on Lake Como, before returning to our starting point.

On this tour, we will visit all the attractions of the 2-hour tour and, in addition, we can either head south to the famous Orrido di Nesso with its stunning waterfalls or allow you to disembark and explore a location of your choice, such as Varenna, Bellagio, or Menaggio, at your own pace.

In the first option, you will admire Nesso and Brienno, two villages perched on the lake, facing each other. Nesso is crossed by a gorge with a waterfall and is also the deepest point of Lake Como, reaching an impressive depth of 425 meters.

In the second option, you can go ashore to explore a typical lakeside village and enjoy a gelato, coffee, or aperitif at your leisure while the skipper waits for you on the boat.

Afterward, we will return to the starting point.

Our Grand Tour – 4H will allow you to admire, from the boat, all the villages and magnificent villas of the central area of the lake and the branch extending toward Como.

We will pass by Varenna, Bellagio, Tremezzo, and Menaggio, with their stunning villas, such as Villa Melzi d’Eril, Villa Monastero, Villa Carlotta, and Villa Sola Cabiati. Then, we will see the breathtaking Villa del Balbianello, perched on the lake with its magnificent gardens.

Next, we will navigate through the channel of Isola Comacina, the only island on Lake Como, and continue south between Brienno and Nesso, where the famous Orrido di Nesso is located, a small canyon with a waterfall that divides the village.

As we head further south, you will admire Laglio, home to George Clooney’s villa, Carate Urio with its Baroque castle, and the stunning Villa Pliniana, a magnificent Renaissance villa built right on the edge of the lake.

We will then return to the starting point.
If the journey seems too long, you have the option to shorten it and spend some time ashore, relaxing and exploring one of the locations where disembarkation is possible.

We believe that the northern branch, the longest, widest and wildest, is an undiscovered gem!

The northern branch of the lake is nestled between high Alpine peaks, wider than the other two branches, much quieter, less urbanized, and lined with wild Mediterranean flora along its shores.

We will depart from the central area of the lake, allowing you to admire Varenna, Bellagio, Tremezzo, and Menaggio with their stunning villas. Then, we will head north to the villages of Bellano and Dervio.

North of Dervio lies the beautiful village of Corenno Plinio, home to a medieval castle, a true hidden gem. You will then see, from the lake, the Abbey of Piona, where monks still produce a delicious liqueur. Just beyond the abbey is a bay known as “Laghetto di Piona“, a natural oasis where we can stop and relax.

On the opposite shore, which we will follow as we head back south, you will see the villages of Domaso, Gravedona, where the Renaissance Palazzo Gallio stands dramatically over the lake, and Dongo.

As with our other tours, if you wish, you can disembark in one of the villages to explore or take a break at your leisure.
